Golf Sponsor

This golf tournament helps our league support our projects throughout the year. By becoming a sponsor of our golf tournament, you allow us to allocate more money to our service projects and less towards the cost of the tournament.

  • We are appreciative of any and all donations to be made towards our league to help fund our annual golf tournament.

  • We need door prizes to reward our golfers! If your business could donate gift certificates or products for the prizes, we would be so thankful.

 

Process to become a sponsor:

  1. Fill out this form and select which sponsorship level you’d like.

  2. If you choose to mail your check or cash for your sponsorship then please mail to:

  3. If you choose to have a drop-by pickup, then a league member will contact you to arrange a time to pickup a check.

  4. If you signed up for General, Colonel, Major, Captain, or First Lieutenant sponsorships then please register to play for the golf tournament as well here.
